Jeff Clayton

Jeff Clayton has been with Baker Tilly since 2005.  He has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in government contracting and commercial environments, providing a broad range of pricing, government contract compliance, and dispute/litigation related services to government contractors and their legal counsel. He frequently works with clients to support their federal market goals, to include the preparation of GSA/VA FSS proposals, option extensions, and other agency procurements, in addition to providing guidance and assistance with a wide variety of compliance-related issues. He assists his clients with the development of compliance programs, OIG audit package preparation and support, contract claims, contractor self-disclosures under the mandatory disclosure program, and provides support on DOJ investigations that may stem from qui tam suits brought under the False Claims Act.
