Ms. Phillips entered government service as an Army Materiel Command Outstanding Scholar Intern with the Aviation Command in St. Louis, MO. Her roles have included Education Cheer of the Huntsville, AL, Chapter, President of the Cape Canaveral Chapter, and two terms as President of the Rhineland Pfalz Chapter in Kaiserslautern, Germany. In Germany, her grassroots efforts brought regional chapters together into one healthy, viable chapter to advance the profession and increase networking between government and civilian communities overseas in that area.
