Jim Campbell

As Founder and CEO of Axim Fringe Solutions Group. Jim's own journey from the U.S. Marine Corps to where he is today is closely related to that of his firm. Following an Honorable Discharge for Medical Reasons from the U.S. Marine Corps, Jim began a career in the health insurance business working for United Healthcare (UHC), where he re-established UHC's small business platform in the state of Maryland.

Since 2004, Jim built on that experience by working with a small private benefits brokerage and financial planning firm, where he spent six successful years. This was a formative experience that reinforced for Jim the value of solid business practices and relationships. This experience and commitment to returning true value to the client allowed Jim the chance to start and build Axim Global Strategies Group, LLC (Axim GSG). Utilizing proper risk analysis and customized strategies by clients, Axim GSG has consistently well outperformed the market year over year.

In 2011, Jim created Axim Fringe Solutions Group, LLC to partner with government contractors as an SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) providing consulting, benefits administration, and DOL / ACA compliance services for wage determination contracts (Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act). Jim is still the CEO of Axim Fringe Solutions Group, LLC (Axim FSG) - the nation's first and only health and welfare administration and compliance firm that is a government contractor. As CEO, Jim oversees all aspects of the business and assists clients and teams build the best solutions for benefits and administration of Health and Welfare while understanding the impact of the various requirements and nuances therein.
