Jannine Wilkinson serves as the GSA Federal Acquisition Service National Account Manager for the Department of the Army, balancing evolving customer priorities and mission requirements while managing customer relationships, promoting category management principles and identifying emerging issues. In support of Army's strategic sourcing initiatives, Ms. Wilkinson was instrumental in the signing of the Army OASIS MOU in 2015.
Jannine began her career working in the private sector as a program analyst for Lucent Technologies Global Public Affairs Office. Joining GSA in 2002, she worked as an 1102 IT contract specialist and as a market and research analyst.
Ms. Wilkinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the Catholic University of America and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management degree from The George Washington University. She is COR Level II Option 4 certified and earned an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
