Tiffaney Webb has a background in legal studies from the University of Central Florida and earned her Juris Master’s from Florida State University, with a focus in risk management, contracting, and compliance. She has supported a variety of government and international programs across robotics, cyber defense, and air traffic control modernization. Her experience spans both firm-fixed-price and development efforts, with responsibilities ranging from new program stand-up to sustaining long-term operations.
Tiffaney has worked with customers across the globe and is known for her ability to support complex, fast-moving efforts. In 2023, she completed a nine-month assignment in Australia helping launch a pilot program and was formally recognized by the customer for her contributions.
She currently serves as Vice President of Programs and Education for the NCMA Space Coast Chapter. Having found NCMA early in her career, Tiffaney is committed to creating a strong local community where professionals at every level can connect, grow, and support one another. She is driven by the impact contract professionals have in enabling missions that matter and is passionate about bringing that impact to life through collaboration and continuous learning.
