Participants who provide a written cancellation request of their registration for any event over $50.00 at least 3 business days prior to the day of the event are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee. Requests for cancellations for events less than $50.00 are not eligible for a refund.
For example, if the event is Wednesday the last day to request a full refund is the Friday before. Alternatively, we can accept another guest in your place with one day's advance notice.
