DESCRIPTION

COVID-19 has permanently altered the world in a matter of months and the crisis has impacted many companies in unanticipated ways. Contract terms that once seemed fair and balanced may now present unacceptable risk. This session will reexamine some of the most impactful commercial contracting terms during the COVID-19 pandemic, and consider options for realigning standard terms to new risk tolerances.
